Reclaiming the interconnectedness between women and nature, through Ayurvedic Care + Imbolc Ceremony

🌹 This is an invitation "back home", guided by the principles and practices of Ayurveda - Indian “science of life” that considers health as a state of freedom, based on balancing the connection between human beings and the five elements of nature: earth, water, fire, ar and ether. Through three main pillars: food, emotions / relationships, and lifestyle.

Note: no previous experience with Ayurveda is required to join, since the workshop was designed for all levels.
